Teaching is one of the most rewarding jobs in the world, but it is one of the most stressful jobs as well. The relationships educators form with their students often keep them in the profession even when they are overwhelmed with job related pressures and challenges. Being unaware of your own needs, however, can put you at greater risk of overextending yourself and becoming fatigued from work.
