Realizes the impact of trauma on all aspects of schooling and understands potential paths for recovery.
Recognizes the signs and symptoms of trauma in students, families, and staff.
Responds by fully integrating knowledge about trauma into policies, procedures, and practices.
Resists re-traumatization by recognizing how classroom/school practices can trigger trauma histories.
